1. Overview
At Shoppershop.in, we take pride in offering high-quality artificial and imitation jewellery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, weβre here to help you with easy return and refund options β just like Flipkart or Amazon β while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
2. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewellery are not eligible for return unless defective.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team via email at support@shoppershop.in or WhatsApp.
- Provide your order number, contact number, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and arrange for reverse pickup (if applicable).
- Once the product is received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated within 5β7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via UPI, bank transfer, or store credit.
- Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer one-time replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability). If unavailable, a full refund or replacement with a similar item of equal value can be provided upon mutual agreement.
6. Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns unless received in damaged condition:
- Earrings, nose pins, and other body jewellery
- Customized jewellery (made to order)
- Items bought during clearance or special sale events
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
- If cancelled after payment, the refund will be initiated within 3β5 business days.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your jewellery is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with product photos or unboxing video proof for faster resolution.
