• We currently ship to most cities and towns across India.
• International shipping is not available at the moment.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on the location and courier service availability.

3. Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your delivery location and courier partner serviceability.

• Metro cities: 2–4 days
• Tier-2 cities: 4–6 days
• Remote areas: 6–9 days

5. Shipping Charges

• We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment through our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner’s website.

7. Packaging

Every jewellery item is packed securely with multi-layer protection to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Fragile items like earrings and necklaces are bubble-wrapped and boxed carefully to prevent transit damage.

8. Delayed or Lost Orders

• If your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier issues), we’ll notify you via SMS or email.
• In case of lost shipments, a full refund or replacement will be processed after verification with the courier.

9. Change of Address

Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

10. Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, contact number, or repeated delivery attempts, we can re-ship it with an additional delivery charge.
